Mountain Top Catering & Supply

1. Prices are based on parties of 50 or more people. An additional service charge will be added to all parties under 50 people.

2. A $300.00 deposit is required to book a disposable (paper) event.

3. A $500.00 deposit is required to book a china service event.

4. All deposits will be credited toward your final invoice.

5. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

6. All events catered by Mountain Top Catering are subject to 6% sales tax and a 20% gratuity.

7. Half of your balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

8. All total invoices must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to event, by local check. Money order, or certified bank check, or cash will only be accepted days of set up.

9. An estimated guest count must be given at the time of booking your event, and final guest count must be given not less than 7 days prior to your event.

10. For weddings, if you desire, we can cut your wedding cake for an additional charge of $30.00.

11. For disposable weddings, we can set your bridal table in china, linens, skirting and napkins for an additional charge of $50.00 per table. If you prefer no skirting, $30.00 per table.

12. A 5% damage waiver is charged on all rentals.

13. We will provide a uniformed service staff for your event.

14. A typical wedding is approximately 6 hours in lenth. There is a charge of $250.00 for time over that.

15. We offer white foam dinnerware and black cutlery which is included in the quoted price. If the client chooses to purchase their own paper products, then Mt. Top Catering is not responsible for re-inbursement. We also offer china service for an additional fee.
